Well-maintained facilities with friendly staff.
The layout of the apartment was quite confusing. Several issues arose, such as the discomfort with the furniture arrangements and limited communal space for a group. We also experienced disturbances from early morning doorbell ringing, which disrupted our sleep.

the location is perfect and marvellous and personnel is helpful. heathrow terminals 2 & 3 station is 15 minutes' walk from the hotel. the apartment overlooks city and includes a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and fridges.

Lovely apartment with 5 bedrooms and loads of space for our group of 9. Great amenities like a coffee machine, refrigerator, and private bathrooms. The cleanliness was great. Loved the comfortable beds and the spacious dining area. The place had nice seating areas and even a tv. Perfect for relaxation!

The apartment was very clean. The location was convenient. It's easy to walk to most attractions nearby. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful city view from the apartment. It provided a lovely backdrop for our stay.
One downside was the quality of the towels provided, not up to standard.

The hotel was a chilled-out base for enjoying a comfortable area, next to restaurants and bars, Amsterdam, and Leidseplein. I have stayed in an apartment for 3 nights, it was complete with storage for all the other apartments. My room included a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and fridges.
